Salon Service Policy

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Appointments can be made by phone, online, or in person.

  • Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in shortened services.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

Payment:

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options.

Service Guarantee:

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Health & Safety:

  • Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions before your service.

  • We maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Children Policy:

  • Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times for their safety, however in-clinic treatments for over 18s such as tattooing and PMU unfortunately are governed by local licensing laws meaning children are not permitted, please arrange suitable childcare for the duration of these treatments.
